Having a good understanding of why we have lead and lag indicators and what each of them do, is a precursor to 'monitoring what matters'.
Most of us know lead & lag indicators as simply being proactive and reactive, but there’s more to it than that.
For those of you who are more advanced in your monitoring, this episode will be a good refresher for you to review what you’re currently monitoring.
