Started adding back in some old school exercises for just overall development and to make sure all the supporting muscles involved in posture got stimulated and wow did it blow up my back. If you haven't tried doing high rep deadlifts or slow rack deads then this will definitely knock you out after. You might find this does a better job than shrugs but I would definitely do these on back day because you're going to target your entire back as well.
Deadlifts: 4 sets / 20 reps
Slow Rack Dead’s: 3 Sets / 15 reps
Incline “Shrug”: 3 Sets / (3 drops to failure)
