As of November 25, the States with more cases of Coronavirus per 1 million inhabitants are North Dakota, South Dakota and Iowa. In particular, North Dakota has reached almost 100 thousand cases per 1 million inhabitants. Obviously the total cases are less, 75,484 because North Dakota has less than 1 million inhabitants. The video serves precisely to explain the ratio with the same population.
