dear friends, here is another homeschooling tip for all interested parents through this important video, this holds good even for parents whose kids are in regular schools. body, mind and soul are the 3 pillars of a good life. This scenario actually applies to all types of professionals, businessmen, the labour class, the elderly and the sick. Also, there are 3 pillars for a healthy body and those are diet, natural urges and sleep. Now we all are aware of the life that is hectic during normal school days for parents as well as kids and also life of people is equally hectic even when they do not have kids or they are just single or living in a joint family. In such a hectic schedule it becomes humanely impossible to take care of all matters that come along our daily grind.
So if our diet, natural urges and sleep are given priority over all other tasks for at least one month without missing a single day, our body will respond very positively and mind will eventually follow the same and finally we will begin to feel the existence of our soul.
As I have mentioned in my very first video, that I was always inspired by a saying that goes like this
“ SEEK OPPORTUNITY IN ADVERSITY “, so during this lockdown and all other manufactured chaos , all of us are certainly frustrated giving us an inevitable adverse situation. Most of us would just crumble, I do too occasionally ☹… but a ray of hope always shines through due to my FAITH IN GOD 😊 and these are the days when I wake up around 3:30 am and just pen down all my troubles on a blank sheet of paper. Then I dedicate for each item a separate sheet in which I write down the hurdles, then automatically things begin to solve when I look at each hurdle and start writing feasible solutions against each hurdle/problem.
