We realize our customers are going through life transitions and storage is a part of those transitions. Our goal is to help our customers get to that bright tomorrow. To ensure we’re fulfilling that goal, we’ve begun making changes to our brand to maximize employee satisfaction and become a more customer-centric company. We know that when our employees are happy and satisfied, that translates into the way they treat our customers.
Through extensive research, we realized there were improvements to be made to our brand to attract customers, turn them into long-term customers, and improve employee morale. These are the changes we’ve begun rolling out to our properties:

• Open and clean office space
• Sophisticated office flooring
• Podium desks for engaging and interacting with customers on a more intimate and closer level
• Modern fixtures
The feedback we’ve received thus far has been great both from our customers and employees. As we continue to become a more customer-centric company, our customers will be able to have a consistent experience online, when calling our call center and when visiting one of our facilities.
