It is often the case that foot and ankle pain is caused by prolonged improper walking pattern that can cause more injury than creating efficiency in movement. Walking is our (Humans) most fundamental movement, it is the cornerstone of our functionality. The most functional exercise we can conduct is that of proper walking. This method of walking explained in the video will take some practice and a change in the sequence of muscle activation that will be a bit challenging at first, but will pay off in the long run.
