Adsense keeps saying you already have an existing account? Here is how you solve it | Monetization problems because of Adsense account.
Updated information August 19th 2020: Ok...Go to your "Manage Your Google Account" then your "Personal Info" then go to "Profile" and then "Contact Info" and make sure you remove the "Recovery Email" that you have because that recovery email address might be an email address that you applied for an Adsense account and Google will think that it is an associated account. Also make sure your phone number is not on your profile. Then go to your "Manage Your Google Account" and then go to "Payments & Subscriptions" then go to "Payment Methods" and select "Manage Payment Methods" and then "Settings" and then go to "Payments Profile Status" then "Close Payments Profile" then go to "Why Are You Closing Your Payments Profile?" and choose "I had a bad experience with Google customer support" and select the blue box that says "Continue" to close your payments profile. After you have done all of these steps....try to apply for an Adsense account using an email address that you never had an Adsense account with. Make sure you do the above steps with all of your email address because one of your email addresses is being recognized by Adsense because Google/Adsense looks at your mailing address, your phone number, and your recovery email address. So you will want to make sure that none of your addresses are associated in any way. I have 7 email addresses that were linked and Adsense kept telling me that I have an associated account even though I closed my Adsense account. I had to follow the steps I gave you above before Adsense stopped telling me that the email address was associated. Let me know if this works for you.Follow these steps before you re-apply for an Adsense account: https://youtu.be/_dr-vYkFDyQ
