So I'm almost positive I have a slight case of insomnia. Insomnia is "Habitual sleeplessness; or the inability to sleep. Its defiantly something you don't want to have. Yet many people suffer from a lack of sleep at night. So I made this vlog to try and help all you night owls put there get some rest. I go over "5 How To Tips" that i think will work.
1. Breathing Techniques
3.Using Your Imagination!
4.Drink something warm and calming like Tea.
5.Change the lighting
Hope all of these tips help you to get some a good nights rest, and please don't be scared off because of the ending. Thats just how really feel when i see you guys enjoyed my video and have showed it in such a magnificent way!
