HIIT Workout at Home
LOSS OF SOUND AT 5 MINUTES 50
Structure is as follows
3 blocks of 6 minutes work - 2 exercises at 45 seconds followed by 3 at 30 seconds.
Each block repeated for a total of 2 rounds
1st block -
Walkout press up/squat thrust
Alt. Squat Thrusts
2nd block -
Lunge to knee drive
3rd block -
High Intensity Home Workout - no equipment needed!
