CONTAINER UNLOADING - STORAGE AND WAREHOUSE PACKING
Today we are unloading a 3rd 40 feet container for this company.
We will complete an 1,560 boxes total unloading for this customer.
The boxes came all mixed up and they need to be sorted out as we place them in the warehouse shelving.
The truck was packed to the door. I will unload 520 boxes while my other 2 crew members will sort and organize the boxes on the warehouse shelves.
The load inside of the container was not packed on pallets to save space. So we must perform a manual unload using carts.
I apologize for the poor lighting of the video. It is hard to light up deep inside of a 40 feet container.
These are suitcases sets, each box weights approximately 27 pounds.
Now that the container is empty I will organize some boxes in the bottom of the shelving while the other crew members do the top shelving packing.
Whenever possible I try to sort the boxes out to help the shelving organization.
Each type of suitcase must be together to easy sales dispatch.
We pack the storage in a way to avoid the boxes stack to collapse.
The stacks must be straight and snug to each other.
This time we could not use the manual conveyors.
They will not reach the shelving from inside of the container.
One more job done! GOD BLESS AMERICA!
Thanks for watching!
