In this 15 min Effective Dumbbell Upper Body workout, we are going to be working our whole upper body, with NO REPEATS. Grab two sets of dumbbells, a lighter and a heavier pair, your mat and your A-Game and you're set to go!
We are doing 15 different exercises, for 45 seconds each, with a 15 second break.
